I would recommend working at ABC to a friend just because I feel like this company gives you a lot of opportunities for growth. If you want to move up within the company, whether it's as an RBT or a supervisee, I feel like I've grown a lot of rapport with the patients' families and my patients in general. I also feel like this company does really well at communicating with you about your needs and wants, and they make us feel like we're welcome. I think being able to, you know, kind of wear a lot of hats with them is great.
