Our clinical council, comprised of the top researchers and thought leaders in our field, supports and guides Action Behavior’s mission to help children with autism and their families reach milestone moments.

Linda LeBlanc, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Licensed Psychologist
Dr. LeBlanc served on the clinical council before stepping into her full-time role as the Executive Director of the Action Institute. She leads our efforts to improve quality, transparency, accountability, and equity in treatment services while advancing our scientific understanding of treatment outcomes and the variables that influence those outcomes. She works with our clinical leadership team to integrate our findings into ongoing clinical processes to ensure improvement in our delivery of services to families.
Dorothea C. Lerman, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA
A professor of behavior analysis at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Dr. Lerman’s areas of expertise include autism, early intervention, and teacher and parent training. At Action Behavior, she provides clinical leadership and learning opportunities to our BCBAs.
Dr. Patricia Wright
Dr. Wright has over 30 years of experience in special education and leadership roles. In addition to providing counsel for Action Behavior, she serves as the current executive director at Proof Positive Autism Wellbeing Alliance. Dr. Wright’s research emphasizes evidence-based interventions and the importance of healthcare access for people with disabilities.
Dr. Malika Pritchett
Dr. Pritchett is an assistant professor of applied behavioral science at the University of Kansas. Her primary clinical and research interests include human rights, ethics, and positive behavior support. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with clinical experience in private practice, residential institutions, nursing facilities, public schools, and universities.
Dr. Gregory Hanley, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LABA
Dr. Hanley has 35 years experience in behavior analysis. After attending the University of Florida and becoming tenured at the University of Kansas, he developed the Behavior Analysis Doctoral Program and Life Skills Clinic at Western New England University (WNEU). A Fellow of the American Psychological Association, Dr. Hanley has served as editor for several behavior analysis journals and has published over 100 articles focused on problem behavior, life skills, and sleep issues. In addition to serving on ABC's clinical council, he advises doctoral candidates and leads FTF Behavioral, an international training and consulting group.

Dr. Charna Mintz, BCBA-D
Dr. Charna Mintz received masters and doctoral degrees in psychology from the University of Nevada Reno in 2001 and 2003 respectively. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004.

Ryan brings over a decade of financial & strategic leadership experience in some of the world’s leading publicly traded healthcare and energy companies.
Sharon Alpizar
As the Chief People Officer, Sharon is accountable for attracting, developing and retaining talent as well as ongoing HR operations at Action.
Brian J. Burns
Brian brings to ABC over 15 years of legal, compliance and investigations experience gained in various healthcare settings.
