ABC admissions process
At Action Behavior, we provide personalized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our therapists create custom care plans to help children develop important life skills, build social connections, and prepare for school.
We understand you may have a lot of questions about how to get started with ABA therapy. From the moment you reach out to us, our team will guide you through every step. We've made our admissions process simple and easy to navigate so that your child can get the help they need, when they need it.
Getting started with ABC is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Whether you already have an autism diagnosis for your child or are just beginning your journey, our team of professionals is here to guide you. To get started with ABA therapy at Action, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Connect with our team
Completing our New Client Application form takes about 3 minutes and is the first step in connecting with us. After you submit the form, we will call you to discuss your child’s needs and explore your options at no cost.
If you need help getting an autism diagnosis, want to start ABA therapy, or would like to tour our center, we can help you get started.
Step 2: Get help with diagnosis
If your child does not have an official autism diagnosis, we can guide you toward the next steps, which may include a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) or a no-cost ADOS-2 assessment.
We also offer online resources and parent-completed questionnaires to identify children who may benefit from further testing. Contact us to find out more about which tools we offer in your area.
Step 3: Begin ABA therapy
Once your child has an autism diagnosis and we verify your insurance, they can begin ABA therapy with us.
But first, your child’s assigned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an assessment meeting with your family to identify your child’s developmental needs and set therapy goals.

Fill out our New Client Application form. We will then call you to discuss your child’s needs and how to get started with ABA therapy.
My child does not have an autism diagnosis
Complete one of our parent-completed questionnaires or schedule a no-cost ADOS-2 assessment. These tools can help your child get an autism diagnosis.
Why Action Behavior?

Diagnostic support services
We offer no-cost diagnostic tools and online screenings to help your child access the care they need to learn and grow.

You have enough on your plate. At Action Behavior, we work directly with your insurance company to verify your benefits and out-of-pocket costs so you don’t have to. We accept most major plans, and our insurance specialists are here to help make ABA therapy affordable for your family.
