Questions & answers with: Jace

How do you start your day as an OM at Action Behavior?

I open the center by unlocking it, doing a walk-through, getting the doors and everything ready, and then greeting our families as they come in.

Which core value represents your leadership style?

I love being at a job where fun is a huge part of what we get to do, so bringing fun into the center every day is a huge goal of mine!

How would you describe your team’s culture?

Extremely positive! Every person I interview to join our team is committed to contributing to a positive environment and not taking away from it.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping my teammates love coming to work, being happy and excited to be here, and helping children progress and learn new skills and behaviors.
