Questions & answers with: Christina

How do you feel your work at ABC impacts the children you work with?

We have an enormous impact on the kids we work with because we help them discover their own superpowers. We're not trying to change them into someone they're not. We are discovering the wonderful parts of them and helping them bring those parts out so they can become their most fulfilled selves.

What makes working at ABC unique compared to your previous jobs?

Our job is incredible but also hard. What makes this job stand out from others I've had is the support system. If you want to come to ABC and you're feeling a little hesitant, I was in the same boat. The field is changing so quickly that you will be trained. Don't worry about that.

What can new employees expect in terms of work hours and job security at ABC?

You have guaranteed hours every week. Even if your kid is on vacation or is sick, you will get your hours no matter what.

What do you appreciate most about the career growth opportunities at ABC?

I'm very impressed with the career opportunities at ABC. I really like that they stress the "hire to retire" philosophy. They are always emailing us about potential growth opportunities and openings in positions you can apply for to grow within the company. I think that's pretty rare.
